Polyurethane Mudjacking
Sinking concrete is a very common problem and is found throughout our service area. It’s normally a consequence of a poor soil substrate/base and erosion. The poor soil substrate is oftentimes a result of insufficient compaction prior to installation. Erosion is typically caused by water infiltration, but can be due to a number of factors, including pest burrowing. ConcreteMedic utilizes a geotechnical polyurethane concrete lifting foam to lift concrete back into its original position. The extreme durability of our geotechnical foam provides a long term solution to your settled or sinking concrete problem and can be driven on 15 minutes after installation.

Concrete Caulking
Caulking your concrete is the number one way to extend its life. When water is allowed to flow down beneath the surface of the concrete, the substrate begins to wash away, creating a void. Voids lead to cracks and sinking concrete as pressure is now exerted on concrete that is unsupported. Applying a sealant to your concrete is another great way to add years to the life of your concrete. Ice melt, salts and chemicals are enemies of your concrete, and will prematurely destroy your concrete if left untreated.
